Request for Extended Swap
Before requesting an extended swap, please read the following information from the Studio Policy.
If a student will miss several lessons due to a schedule conflict in order to participate in another on-going activity (vacation, sports events, school/church activity, etc.), their lesson time will be held for them provided tuition is paid for the absences.
Alternatively it may be possible to arrange a mutual swap with another currently enrolled student provided Carol knows of an approves the swap in advance of the lessons. Please keep in mind that siblings may swap with siblings.
